Both Mark (the owner) and the technician were extremely professional. We needed the mold in our crawlspace removed and were on a tight budget. Mark worked with me to find the most cost effective way to complete what needed to be done. They were able to do the job at a time that was convenient for us. The technician was on time and efficiently completed the work in a very reasonable amount of time. He worked hard to clean everything that was needed. It was so refreshing to have a technician that was so polite, respectful and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

I was motivated by my family s safety since they spend a good deal of time in the basement. Pure home has a more targeted, effective system. If you don t install their system first you may end up installing it second. After interviewing and working with two other companies I find there is no comparison in educating the customer and providing a responsible solution for getting rid of radon.
