Write a Reviewhe handled a price at the beginning, but then change for other price that was high
Its taking to long to return with results.
Initially very responsive but then not so much. Did the work as outlined in the contract but only after I had to keep on them about it. Perhaps was related to the time frame around a holiday week, but was frustrating to deal with multiple people to get the job done right. Also seemed very focused on getting paid and did not take credit cards, which was a bit of a hassle. Overall glad that experience is behind me.
The two teams did a very good job and got rid of the black mold
Pure Home remodel our master bathroom. The team was able to do all we asked and helped with great suggestions. We are very happy with our remodel bathroom.
Pure Home was very insightful and helped me every single step of the way.
Good customer service.
Beware, if I had to do it all over again, I would not have used Pure Home. My requirements for this project was to add 12" of insulation to my attic and install new batting on the attic wall. Issues I had: 1. Pure Home missed their schedule, apparently had equipment failure but did not call me until I left several VMs. 2. Did not install the insulation measuring sticks. 3. Missed several locations in the attic. 4. Did not install the 12" of insulation per my instructions. 5. Left a mess, insulation on the floor at the two attic locations. After speaking with the manager, the field manager came out and inspected their work. He installed the measuring sticks and we agreed to bring the total insulation level up to 16", 2" lower than I orginally asked for, costing an additional $450. If your going to use Pure Home, I would highly suggest you only speak in inches of insulation, not R Value, I would also personally inspect their work. Do not sign off by looking at pictures.
The team was awesome I had mold in my childrenâ s room from rain damage they came in the next day and fixed everything In a timely manner thank you Pure Home!
The sales team promised me they would fix curtain things with the attic and the crawl space. When the insulation people came they did not do those repairs. It?s been a month and a half they have not finished the job after they promised they would return and have stopped responding.
