    DAWN was always very accommodating in scheduling the appointments. Johnathan & Greg were very helpful in explaining all of the process of the cleaning, I used Ripley Services for upholstery cleaning. They always showed up on time, they were well mannered and dressed. I look forward to having them clean my carpeting.

    The furniture had not been cleaned in over a year and they did awesome. Phone contact was pleasant as well! The only drawback was the odor from the Limonine used for cleaning (Exceptionally strong citrus smell). Instant Migraine when I returned home. I would just recommend having your furniture done early in the day and leaving your home well venitlated for several hours. I would definintely recommend to other and in fact, I already have!

    I'm so sorry the d-limonene (extract from oranges) bothered you. It's 100% natural and one of the few additives we utilize for severe soiling. Unfortunately it was necessary to cut through the oily soiling on the furniture. Our normal cleaning process has no smell at all. If we can stay on top of future cleans, the additive shouldn't be necessary. Greg Ripley, Owner

    My initial phone call to Ripley Services was delightful as I was greeted by Laurie Ripley who was pleasant and knowledgable. The day of services Greg explained every detail of the job and the benefits. He is friendly,knowledgable and honest! The job was performed within 2. 5 hours and I have noticed already that there is less dust . I highly recommend Ripley Services and will use them for my carpet cleaning.
