Greg was right on time, we went over all of the areas that were stained. Greg wasn't sure if the lime snowcone stain would come out of my sons room, or the grease that had been tracked in. After he pre-treated everything he said that everything would come out. My carpets look like brand new again! I'll be having Greg come back and do my ducts, and clean and seal my areas that are tiled. Ripley'a is the best!

Greg Ripley personally goes and explains completely about what he's going to do, the products he's using. He performs the service in a very efficient way. I will definitely hire his services again. Also, he's very punctual.

On time, great customer service, I would highly recommend them. Got some horrible stains out of the carpet in the home we just moved into. Also had them back to clean my A/C ducts. Great job!!
