Greg was very good to work with. He contacted me almost immediately after my request went in and was very thorough in explaining how he could help with a terrible stain issue on an expensive couch and chair. I thought he could probably get some of it out, but doubted it could look like new. When he started he mentioned how bad it was, and even indicated it may have set in too much, as it had been a couple days. But he kept at it and after the cushions dried, they look completely new! Very professional, accommodating and nice to work with. Very pleased and would highly recommend Ripley.

I researched several local companies for vent cleaning and Ripley Services was in the top three everywhere. Even after I made my appointment some of the competitors contacted me and said I was in good hands. Greg the owner did the work himself and was very good at explaining everything. I even had him clean my dryer vent, which was an extra charge not much at all, but well worth it. It reduced my drying time from 2.5 cycles to 1, which is obviously saving me time and electricity. Choose Ripley Services you cannot go wrong.
