    My wife and I really appreciate Mr. Ripley open and honest recommendation for our HVAC cleaning. He unlike other HVAC cleaning company DID NOT try to trick us into cleaning our system for no reason. He was very knowledgeble and spent time educating us on our system. We highly recommend his company and service.

    Thanks for the positive feedback! Unfortunately this couple was the victim of an unscrupulous "duct cleaner" that tried to charge thousands of dollars on a 5 year old HVAC system. They were smart and sought a second opinion before proceding. We were able to show them that the duct work was in very good condition and did not even need a cleaning.

    I had my stairs and a couch cleaned. Although all the stains did not come out, he was friendly and even provided some extra advice.

    Permanent, pre-existing stains existed on the stairs that had been there for over 2 years. The couch had never been cleaned and was 5-10 years old. Unfortunately some staining is permanent if not addressed immediately. Regular professional nmaintenance cleaning and spot treating spills and stains is key to extending the life of furniture and upholstery. That's why we provide all customers with a free bottle of spotter.

    Ripley Service was the best quote I received for cleaning my carpet and a sofa. Greg was able to schedule an appointment for soon after we spoke and he was very efficient while at my home. The next day I noticed an odor still remained in a spot on my sofa where my dog had gotten sick. Greg dropped by an "Odor Killer Extreme " solution soon after for no additional charge which took care of the odor for good. I was very impressed with his responsiveness before and after the initial service and I will absolutely use him again. Thanks!!

    The original appointment had to be rescheduled. On the day of service Mr. Ripley was prompt and ready to initiate service when he arrived. After explaining the process and answering questions, he proceded to work in an organized, efficient manner.
