Greg is good. He answered any question I could have thought of asking. I never felt pressured to get his service still very willing to give his advice whether I went with his service or someone else's. Unfortunately my carpet is heavily stained so just not alot that can be done about that. Still he did a great job. I have no doubt that we will ask for his services again.

recliner cleaning results were not as good as I expected.

We have contacted the customer to see if we can do anything to remedy the situation and elevate his satisfaction level to 5 Stars. Update! We touched up the corner of one armrest and successfully removed some minor soiling to the customer's satisfaction. We can't always see stubborn stains once upholstery is damp, but we always stand behind our work! Update, a spot on the piping of the armrest was recleaned to the cusomer's satisfaction. The area was not visible during the initial clean. Thanks for the opportunity to exceed your expectations!
