Greg Ripley was prompt in returning calls and setting the service appointment. His crew of two showed up in time and worked through cleaning our AC Duct system with minimum life interruption. Everyone was professional and pleasant. Got an estimate for cleaning our floor tile and grout lines.

The young woman who cleaned my tile and grout and sealed it was excellent. She was very friendly and efficient and did a thorough job. I just don't understand why it is so expensive, $800+ for just under 4 hours work seemed pricey.

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately it takes thousands of dollars of equipment to get the results we get, so there is a lot more that goes into it than just labor. I'm glad you were happy with the results and hope the end product was worth the money. With 835 sq ft of tile cleaned and sealed and a truck mount running the entire time we feel our pricing is fair. With some competitors upwards of $2 per square foot, we are on the lower end of the market, but there can still be a bit of sticker shock when you have that much tile.

We recently bought this house and had a lot of interior remodeling done which caused a lot of dust and dirt to accumulate in the duct work. After contacting Ripleys and setting up an appointment we were very pleased with the whole process of making the appointment to having the work completed. Very knowledgeable, competent and a pleasure to do business with.
