They showed up on time. Did a professional job installing my heat pump. They have been in business in South Florida for a long time. I did not realize it, but I actually used them over 20 years ago. Highly recommended!!

Technician showed up on time and Ready to work. Jody was quick up the ladder to diagnose the solar panel problem (s). He efficiently repaired the system and provided me with options for future care of the system. Bottom line: These are the folks I’m calling next time there is an issue. The serviceman came to my property and got my pool up and running. He made no demands, got my system running and showed us that our breaker was off that’s what our problem was He further recommended we add some water and now all is well again. I truly appreciate his no problem attitude and his no hassle or haggling of me the customer. I will be using his company’s service for all of my future pool heating needs from now on. Quoted one price...charged another price.

They had a tech out within 48 hours to give me an estimate for what it would cost to repair or replace my pool heater. Yes they do charge a fee but then they do credit that off what ever the estimate is for the final job. They were upfront honest and didn't feel like I was being hassled or taken advantage of. Had a new system ordered and installed within the same week and 3 years of worry free warranty. Great company highly recommend.
