Salesman was nice, installers were good. Electrician was a total nightmare! Was told electric work would take 2 hours, it took 2 days. Extremely unprofessional, brought his family along and had his daughter crying in the street because her pet rat died in the hot vehicle! Yep, pet rat. Wouldn't have believed it if I didn't witness it myself.

So sorry for your bad experience. I was not familiar with your installation while it was going on however after the fact I was informed I did look into the matter and took the appropriate steps to see that this never happens again. Had I known about this during the process I would have gotten involved to try to improve the situation. Thank you for your business and once again sorry for the bad experiance

Great service and follow up. The install guys were awesome. They went above and beyond to make it right. Had one small issue after install and they were there the next day to correct. Great customer service and quality. I would definitely recommend!!!!
