Their response to my inquiry was prompt and professional. They came promptly at appointment time and performed tasks requested in a timely manner -- uninstall of pool heater, capping related electrical connections and removal of concrete slab. I feel price was fair.

Customer service was outstanding, and the repairs were completed timely (above the expected standard) within our budgeted costs. This Company will definitely be our "go to" pool repair Company!

First I noticed that Dennis is very skilled at clear communication. Over the phone I could tell he made it a point to ensure we were both clear about the service that would be performed, the cost, and the expectations. He was also careful to ensure that he had all contact information correct. I encounter very few people who are as detail oriented. Jody arrived promptly as expected and got right to work. He was intensely focused on getting to the root of problems, but very willing to answer questions and teach me about my equipment. He fixed my system quickly and gave me clear instructions on how to prevent a repeat of the situation. Dennis followed up the next morning with a clearly stated overview of work performed and taught me about some things that I should consider in a manner that was clear to me that it was good advice and not a sales pitch. I will be reaching out again for future work. Well done guys. I appreciate you!
