This was an awesome experience. This company was highly professional and extremely knowledgeable about pool heating. I would definitely use them again for my other properties, and I give them my highest recommendation to others considering a pool heater. They are a family owned business and are clearly the best at what they do. We love our new pool heater.

This company was not the lowest price nor the highest one I received. There knowledge and expertise is what sold me. After the installation, next day I received a call from the manufacturer of the products installed (heat pump, pool pump and salt converter ) asking to come out and inspect the installation. I was surprised by this request, honored it and am pleased with my purchase. I recommend them.

They did come on time, but price was double what the estimate was. Pool Fan works Well, but the water coming out of the heater is still not very warm

Being on time is very important. We do not change--let alone double the price of our written contracts. If the heater is not making warm water we wish the customer would call the office and have the heater checked for a flaw in a component of the unit. Heatpumps heat very slowly at 1-3 degrees above regular water temperature. Perhaps the customer is not aware of this and this is the source of the displeasure.
