A courteous and professional repairman arrived at exactly the time he said he would and repaired my ten year old heat pump by replacing a burnt out capacitor. I expected I would have to replace it with a new one, not cheap. But I had an honest fellow who worked for a good company and saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you.
