I received a phone call right away after my request through ServiceMagic. When I looked closely at the other vendors that were recommended I found this company to have the very best credentials and they were the only company that offered and bragged about their licensing and insurance. The other vendors that I heard from a day later both promised to send me there licensing and insurance but I never saw these and after I asked I never heard from them again. I hired this company and as promised they showed on time, did a great job and did not want payment until a week after the job was done. SIMPLY THE BEST !

simply put it was easy. I was presented all the options and invited to do research and call back with my questions. I emailed several times back and forth getting answers--prompt responses I might add. When I was ready I called back and I knew what I wanted and was offered a great price and set an installation up. I had family coming into town and wanted it installed the next day and was offered a call back after trying to rearrange schedule to move up my install and 10 minutes later I was offered an earlier date The work started and finished in no time and my pool was warm for my guests Now that is customer service!!

Over all it was a pleasant experiance. I found the salesperson to be very pushy at the start but Dennis and I spoke sevral times and I found myself coming back to them being as they were the most knowledgeable. The installation crew was fast and they did an overall great job. I was very impressed. Funny how things work out being as I wasn't going to use them and now I'm very happy I did. Great job guys Rick P
