Started work June 2019. Resurfaced, new waterline tiles, new coping and repaired leaks the pool had. The estimate quoted was very fair. They arrived early, answered my calls and any bought. They emailed step by step as the work was done. The most important step is the Fire-up. The curing of the Diamond Bright. They sent someone twice a week for 4 weeks to add chemicals till the pool was ready to swim.

Excellent work and very quick response times. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing pool work done.

Paul and Alan are the two BEST at what they do! We had travertine put in our deck, re-surfaced the pool, and had tiles put in the entire pool line. They were extremely knowledgeable, prompt, and detail orientated. Paul came out to our house multiple times just to answer questions and took us out on a Saturday to look at pools in his neighborhood, because we wanted to see what the finished product would look like. They went above and beyond to service the customer and its rare to see that, especially in South Florida. I cannot say enough good things about how they were on top of everything being done and each timeline was met usually days before they said it would be. With the cost of putting Travertine in, and re-doing a pool, you definitely want the best and most competent people on the job- and Sun Blue Pool is the company you want running the show. This is the first company you hire to do your pool remodel. If you hired someone else, then this is the company you hire to finish the other company's job. Alan and team are experts at what they do, they are passionate about pools and have a solid reputation. Alan comes from the corporate world and its reflected in his business approach in regards to upfront communication, detailed job description and work flow, invoicing, scheduling and customer satisfaction. This is project management at its best. Sun Blue Pools has multiple crews that specialize on individual tasks thus making them experts at their unique function. I am totally pleased with the outcome of the pool and would hire Sun Blue Pools again!
