Paul & Alan of Sun Blue Pools are true professionals. They re pleasant, easy to work with & know what they re doing. I was dreading my pool resurfacing project. There s too many choices, I worried about unskilled workers but I didn t have that problem with Sun Blue. Choosing the tile was simple, the men that did the work were fantastic! My pool was finished in the time frame that they promised. You will not be disappointed if you use this company for your pool resurfacing project.

We ended up needing a repair with our pool beam, resurface, tile and replace a dated glass block water fall. There were over 9 different companies that we solicited to come out to do this project. Every estimate was different of course from being way overpriced to simply not being knowledgeable when we asked all of the questions we had. We met with Paul & Alan from Sun Blue pools. It was clear during this meeting that this was going to be the company to use. Paul answered every question we had during our meeting. We even discussed some of the other work that was being discussed from the other companies and it was very clear that none of that was needed. Those answers sealed the deal as many other companies probably would have simply said yes to the additional money to the job. Then there was the follow up that happened. Paul had an estimate in my email before we even got to the kitchen. Keep in mind that out of the 9 companies in total, this was the first one over the three day span that had their estimate sent over to us. Itâ s great to see that there is a company that said they would have an estimate sent that day and it happened. The numbers were beyond fair and straight forward. Alan and his crew started the job and we couldnâ t have been more pleased during the project. There was no additional calls made to us with the famous add on money that is pretty usual from contractors. Everyone that was here doing various jobs were absolutely the most professional and polite people we have ever met. Alan kept us in the loop with everything that was happening from day one and the project stayed on track with the timeline. The project was completed on time and looked fantastic!! We couldnâ t believe how great the pool ended up. Sun Blue Pools have exceeded our expectations. Hands down there is simply no other company out there that we reviewed that could touch this company. Paul and Alan did a fantastic job renovating our pool. It was a huge project as we had bar stools installed, a bar table and a waterfall rolling out of the hot tub. We made a last minute change on them and wanted concerning the water fall and they did it without question and no additional fee. The surface was completely resurfaced, the floor cleaners removed, new return lines installed around the pool, new light fixture and a new Travertine deck that turned out FANTASTIC!. Anytime we had a question, they responded right away and were always on the site checking up on the project every step of the way. Very professional and extremely helpful every step of the way. We had several different companies quote this for us and Sun Blue Pool Services had the best out there which to me was a bonus giving all that we had done. Keep up the good work Paul and Alan. Alan and Ron were very hands o for the entire project! We resurfaced our pool and installed marble pavers. Sun Blue has a great crew, was ahead or schedule and made sure we were happy at every turn! As a real estate broker for over 25 years I have seen a and heard a lot of horror stories! I highly recommend Sun Blue Pools and have already referred friends and clients to them. Keep up the great work.

Poor communication with the owners. Said they be there and then not show up and not bother to call and let us know. One of there subcontractors even stopped by to start his portion of the job and the pool wasn t ready for him. He ended up calling me to check on progress. Final product looks great.

Alan and his team made the process fast and simple. They addressed every concern and made sure of the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.
