We needed a fairly major rework of our pool after 20 years to include new travertine coping, new tile, diamond bright, and all new equipment for our first salt based system. Paul, Alan and the full team are clearly experts and craftsmen in each well defined roll within the organization from quote, demolition, stone & tile work, plaster and plumbing/equipment installation. They choreographed our work very efficiently with each of their experienced and specialized crews. Customer service from all levels was outstanding as they listen and then recommend solutions based on decades of experience. While we took on a little more work than originally planned due to the age of our pool, I had full confidence that their technical expertise, and recommended solutions were spot on and fairly priced. In addition to their high quality work, they do what they say, on the schedule they commit to, and that means everything in today's service challenged world. We love our "New pool" and would highly recommend the experts at Sun Blue Pools to my friends!

Sun Blue Pools was amazing to work with. From the first conversation they were very helpful with suggestions and advice as well as cost saving suggestions to meet our budget. Once we selected design and materials, the rest was so easy. We scheduled installation and it went like clockwork. The team worked very hard and were well organized. They were very experienced and open to feedback and our millions of questions. The job was efficient and craftsmanship was outstanding. The project manager was always available and checked in regularly to ensure all our need were met. We are blown away by the transformation and could not be happier with the end result and the professionalism through the process from initial meeting to finished product.

We contracted with Sun Blue Pool Services to resurface our 27 year old pool that was in a bad state. I would recommend this company without hesitation, the entire experience was excellent, including but not limited to: they were attentive, responsible, kept us apprised of the progress in this multi step process in which each segment was done by different people (initial assessment, leak detection and repair, surface prep, resurfacing and finishing . They were friendly, thorough and entirely pleasant to have around! I would go to them first for any additional pool concerns, great people!
