This was the first time that I had been involved in a pool remodel, so I had a lot of questions about the decisions I would need to make and what the options were. Paul came to my house to assess the project and patiently educated me about the design options, choices of materials, etc. I obtained a total of five estimates from pool companies and Paul provided the best and most thorough answers. The estimate I received from Sun Pool Services provided the most detailed description of all the work to be done. Also, I knew that the pricing was reasonable, compared with all the other estimates that I received. Once the work began, Alan oversaw supervising the crew. Alan and Paul are partners and apparently many of the crew members are very long-term employees. The project proceed so smoothly that I had few reasons to telephone Alan. However, Alan provided me with his cell phone number. On the few occasions I called Alan, he either answered the call directly or returned my call in less than 1 hour. The workers were meticulous, friendly, and left the area clean at the end of each day. The final result was beautiful and exactly as envisioned. Bobby arrived on time to replace a bad pool pump. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He installed the new pump with ease. I also had an old Hayward filter that was unrepairable. He was able to secure a new one at a great price and installed it 2 days later. While replacing the filter we discovered I had a problem with my spa pump. Turns out it had an old, brittle, air tube causing the pump not to work. He said he would take care if it, left for an hour, returned with the replacement tube, and installed it at no additional charge! If all that was not enough, he replaced a bad valve at no charge. I have owned several pools and can honestly say he totally exceeded my expectations. I do not normally write reviews but felt compelled to recognize the great job he did. Would highly recommend him, and he is now my go-to pool guy.

Sun Blue Pools provided timely and excellent service. Additionally they were working around exterior renovations on the home and adjusted their schedule to allow for other workers.

We had a pool and deck resurfaced. It was a complicated job because structural problems but Alan stuck with at all times until job was completed. Job is beautiful and problem greatly improved.
