The crew frequently referred to was one guy. We were told no weekends and work would complete in 3 to 4 days. After three days work, work was performed on Saturday, a holiday and a few hours here and there between other jobs. The tear out of old carpet and wood caused way more damage than minor paint touchup. There was no waste on this project, as referred to on someone else's review. Cracked and what I would call defective wood was used, when there was plenty wood available to discard the bad. The installer was nice and polite and did some things very well, but didn't have the attention to detail I had expected from a professional.

I was super impressed with the professionalism the workers showed. Within 30 minutes our old carpeting was gone and the beautiful hardwood was being cleaned up. They got the floor to look WAY beyond what I had expected. The guys even made up some oak thresholds for our rooms. Huge Kudos to Aaron and then the crew Rudy and Anthony. I will be using again for our kitchen in due time...Thank you Footprints!

Prompt, professional, and Dan and his team were knowledgeable and friendly. Compared to others businesses they are reasonably priced, and my husband, and I are thrilled with the results. If you want the best service at the best price I would highly recommend Dan and his team at Footprints Floors.

Wow is all I have to say! Jason and the whole Footprints team are amazing! If you desire reliability, hard work, professionalism, AND great customer service, then this is the company for you! James is the guy who redid our hardwood floor, and he did amazing! Such a hard worker, courteous, and has the attention to detail we were looking for. He was always concerned that what he was doing is what we wanted, and that we liked the finishes we chose. Such a great team! Keep up the great work, Footprints!
