Definitely more expensive than other quotes that I received but it's no denying that the finished product was absolutely beautiful. The crew (Erick and Marcellous) were both extremely professional and did a wonderful job!!!

Footprints was awesome.....their prices were reasonable and they were willing to negotiate. They were on time, very communicative and best of all, my floors look brand new after having them refinished with Footprints! I would recommend them to anyone to use!

Late to arrive and wrapped up fast. But in working fast they made an extreme amount of unnecessary noise.

Fast completion. Looked really good. Not cheap. It's been about a month and some of the shine is gone. I hope it doesn't keep having the finish come off. All in all great job time will tell if it was worth the cost.

Carpet installation was extremely fast and professional. Three bedrooms, a hallway, and two sets of stairs in about 3 hrs.

They did a great job, fast, and cleaned up. I will be calling them back for my future flooring jobs.

I was very happy with the quality and service provided by footprints floors. The crew was awesome! They showed up on time and when they left each day my house was spotless. I would highly recommend footprints floors to anyone considering having their hardwood floors installed or refinished.

I purchased the materials myself because I had planned on doing the project myself, but decided to hire a company to do it. There are some odd angles in the area and I knew that would create a certain amount of waste pieces, but I don't feel they did anything to reduce the amount. I found several planks that had only a couple inches taken off and then discarded, when the same plank could have been reused. I also purchased a 4-in-1 transitions pack in which only some of the pieces were used, but the workers destroyed the remaining prices and threw them out. Work was good, but wasteful.
