Footprints Floors of Charlotte

Steve and the crew at Footprints went out of their way to get my floors done in a very narrow window of opportunity for me. They did a beautiful job, went above and beyond the call of duty, and I could not be happier with the results.

We added about 400 sq ft of flooring the the living room and refinished another 500 sq ft from the entry way and kitched. Overall they did a very good job and the floors like nice. I had 2 issues with the project 1) half way into the job, the installed didn't show up one day - nor did he call his employer. The company made arrangements to get another crew to the house but delayed completion and was inconvenient. 2) the floors look good but any minor movement of furniture causes a white mark (scratch?). This did not happen previously in the area that was refinished.

The estimate was very professional. The floor workers came out when they said they would and were on time. First for the floor removal (so floor could dry), then for the replacement, sandind and refinishing. although the sander broke down in the morning, they went and got a new one and still finished the job that day.

After getting other bids for refinishing my floors, I found that it was really going to be a hassle. I spoke with Bryan at Footprints and he actually turned my thinking around. They did all the work and did a GREAT job. They arrived and finished the job as scheduled, very courteous. Ian did a great job helping us pick the correct stain to up date our home.

Steve is very friendly and delivers high quality service. He refinished my original hardwood floors and they turned out beautifully. He also came back and tiled the fireplace area and was very flexible with his schedule to match mine. I would recommend Steve and Footprints to any of my friends or family.

Tried once to write a review, but errored out, not sure it went through.Great Job! Laminate was first thought but got the hard wood floors re-finished instead. I am happy with them. The price was reasonable and think I will be happier with the end result. Good people and good time to get the job done. I felt like my best interest was what was important and that is what counts when making your home improvements. I have another room to do and will definitely ask them back.

Both Bryan and his crew were very easy to work with. They were on time for appointments, the work was completed on schedule and I have received many compliments on the floors-the refinishing is beautiful.

Footprints did an amazing job. my floors are stunning! the salesman was great and very patient. The installer was courteous, prompt and knowledgable. We went with the full hardwood install. The price was very competitive, the install took only a week and there was barely a mess. I would recommend Footprints to anyone and everyone.

t he floor looks good but I dont know how long it will look like this since it is a rental house
