The sales person, Andy, and the 2 installers, Blake and Mike, were all awesome, helpful and did a great job on my bathroom. All were informative and did their jobs well. I would certainly work with Mad City again and will tell friends and family what a great experience it was.

Nick , The person who installed my bath was excellent. Quality work and a great personality! He made sure everything I wanted was placed in correctly and where I wanted it.. He got the job done in a timely matter and was very professional. I totally love my bath and shower. The tub is the best I have seen compared to others. Thumbs up for this project!ð

They were very friendly explaining everything to us. The shower turned out amazing, we have so much more room and it adds so much storage space. The shower is beautiful!

We had our shower replaced by Mad City Bath & Windows. Initially we were shocked with the quoted price, but after careful consideration, we realized that this is the cost of the products and service we wanted. It is an investment in our home, and one that we will enjoy for years to come. We got to fully customize the shower (walk-in, w/ oversized glass doors, bench, shaving bar, shelves). Our sales person was excellent at providing assistance on what colors matched together. Mad City tore the old shower out, moved the plumbing to come out a different wall, moved the location of the exhaust fan, and replaced the fan/light fixture). The project took 2 full days to complete. After the installation was finished, all construction dust was vacuumed and cleaned up by the installation man. The final project was more then we ever dreamed of.

The price can be discouraging, but they are very good quality windows. I have had no draft what so ever and my furnace doesnâ t constantly turn on like it used to. Not to mention they look amazing!! So happy with the way they turned out!

They communicated with us in a timely way and arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently, and finished early. They talked with us throughout the project to make sure we would be happy with the final result and we are very pleased with the two showers we had replaced. They look great and work very well for us.
