Right from the onset, sales through install these guys were top notch. Knowledgeable, honest and up front about every inch of the project. We had three main projects going on the same day. New front window, new entry way, and new step in shower. Lots going on. We were never left outside of the information loop. I would recommend these folks to anyone. Dave was our rep and was very professional and personable. He was very knowledgeable of Mad City's product and was able to sell it without 'bashing' other companies. We were very impressed with their ability to get us into the schedule (even in the winter) and complete the job on time. We really like their lifetime warranty and pricing promises. We will continue to do business with Mad City in the future as their product, personnel and services were top-notch.

They were very punctual, professional and very informative at all times. They worked with me to install my windows around my schedule and made sure they were to my satisfaction. The windows were very high quality and held in heat a lot better than my old windows (which has become more important as winter keeps getting colder every year). Overall a very happy customer!

We are pleased with our bath remodel that included a new tub, tub surround and wainscot walls. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better.

We used Mad City Bath to install a new shower in our downstairs bathroom and a new tub surround in our upstairs bathroom. The process was very quick and the price was right. They also came back for free the following day when our kids ripped the newly chaulked shelf off the wall of our new shower.
