They were very professional. They had the job complete in a day. They made sure that everything was done the way I wanted it. I love my new bathtub and shower. I would recommend them. I like the product that they use in the tub and shower walls (microban). They also told me that I could contact them if I had any questions in the future. Great company.,

We went to a home show months ago and spoke to a rep there. We then had a quote for our small corner shower and found the sales person to be wonderful. He wanted to make sure we were comfortable with this investment in our home. The shower is great, the installation person was wonderful. We then had Mad City come for a quote on some windows that have been a problem and two sliding glass doors. Same sales person, again very understanding and personable. Again, did not want us to take on too much, and wanted to be sure we were comfortable taking on this investment in our home. The installation crew for our new windows and doors were great. They communicated well with each other and were great at explaining how the new features work on our new additions. We will certainly call them out again if we have other projects they are able to do. We have had some very poor experiences with other companies but have been VERY HAPPY with the work and people we have dealt with at Mad City.

These windows will make a huge difference in energy use for heating and cooling. They have the best windows I could find anywhere, though the one downside is they don't come cheap. Their sales and installation people are also great: on time, kind, courteous, professional. If you can save up some money, I would highly recommend them.

We had MadCity Windows install our new bath tub and shower combo and could not be happier! The transformation was quick, all getting done in just one day! Workers were professional and CLEAN! They updated me on their status regularly and cleaned up after themselves. They also left a brand new tube of caulk for us to also use when we redid the flooring to ensure that everything was top notch. Weâ re still in awe of how nice the bathroom looks. The upkeep is so simple and the material is easy to clean. Highly recommended!

good experience, except they didn't measure the shower curtain rod height properly, and were unwilling/able to fix it so my shower curtain is hanging on the ground, whcn i wanted it to be at least 2" off the ground.
