The entire process of ordering the windows, installation and follow-up was excellent. The windows are exactly what I wanted, extremely energy efficient and look great. Installation was completed quickly and I was surprised to have them follow-up and check the work done by the installers. I would never hesitate to recommend them or use them for other projects.

Mad City Windows and Baths have it together. I love my new patio door and large encased window. Their attention to details and planning is smoothly done.Even though my association added some bumps, they handled them great and informed me of changes immediately. From beginning to end everyone involved was great, knowledgeable & since they were put in on December 17th, the weather unbearable, the contractor they hired was beyond great & so was his helper. Couldn't ask for better men to do our work. We still need 6 more windows done & can't wait to deal with the same people again.

We got a new patio door and shower in our guest bathroom. Both projects look amazing and the installers were awesome going out of there way not to inconvenience every day living. I would recommend Mad City to anyone looking for upgrades to there home.
