The windows are of very good quality. The sales rep failed on his end to provide the stated gifts that were to come with a quote of the job. I am very impressed with the double ended warranty that will extend to the next owner. The installation was completed within the day allowed.

We had a new shower & bath installed and it was a great experience! No issues at all. Great service, everything was completed on-time and as requested. We even got to specify the exact location we wanted for each shower shelf and handrail during the installation.

Excellent service from sales person Joe. Installers came at the scheduled time and finished the same day as promised. The only thing that was missed was the replacement of a damaged window frame from last winter. Overall, I would contact Mad City again for other work.

Sales person was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Installed all windows in a day as promised, but were a little careless with the plants in our front yard. I would recommend them though to family and friends.

Our new windows are not only beautiful but incredibly nice quality. It s amazing how much energy we re saving now! Our bedrooms are so much more comfortable and we don t have to worry about frost inside or using plastic insulation this winter! My husband and I were so impressed by the demonstration when we were given our estimate- we were planning on shopping around until we saw how amazing these windows are! Highly recommend!

    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
