The installers were very professional. Everything was clean when they left and they even covered their shoes before coming into our home. They installed 14 windows in an over 100 year old house in less than eight hours. I could tell that quality control was top priority as during the installation two other employees stopped by to check out the progress and see if I had any questions

From the initial visit the salesperson was very easy to deal with, knowledgeable and not pushy. He helped walk us through the options and listened to what we wanted. He even helped save us several hundred dollars by recommending a double window to replace two existing side-by-side windows. The windows were ready earlier than promised, and installed (10 windows, ranch style house) in one day. The installation crew was polite and respectful. Mad City was recommended to us by our friends, and I would gladly recommend them to others.

The job itself was well done and Adam and Mary (installers) were excellent and efficient! My only comment on the opportunity side of things was with appointment set up. When material was ready for installation, I had a conflict for a week and a half. The person scheduling appeared irritated and said "well we can make an exception"...An exception because I can't have installed same week materials arrived? Last time I checked, I believe I was the customer and already paid 25% down. Other than that so far very satisfied with all other aspects.

We could not be happier with Mad City. From start to finish they were great. No pressure sales. Communicated every step of the way and worked around our schedule to get the install done ASAP. Install was amazing how they did the complete house in one day. Installers were courtious and quality of work was second to none. We also had to have a guy come out after install to look at a latch. They seemed to drop everything to accomodate me. Completely satisfied and the product is amazing. Now that it is getting colder we are really noticing a difference in the house. Great Job. Thank you.

We had Mad City remove our existing bath tub and replace it with a walk in shower. Salesman and Installation was professional and completed in one day even though the job took a lot longer than expected for installation. I would recommend them to anyone.
