Last summer, we had Mad City Windows replace windows. They were very efficient. They arrived on time, were quick to replace the windows and cleaned up. I waited until this winter to write this review because I wanted to see how they performed in the winter. Well after getting two weeks of up to 30 below temps, they are great. We had no leaks and they never frosted up. Gave them 5 stars and would would use again.

I appreciated Mad City Windows quick response time to questions. They had great suggestions for replacing my windows and the installation took only one day. I have noticed a drop in my electricity bill too, which is always a plus!

Love the windows! Couldn't believe how efficient and quick they were installed. Worth the cost for custom size and framing them in. Pleasant and qualified staff. Received great customer service and alot of follow-up and communications by Mad City. Would highly recommend.

We got 11 windows installed in the entire house. The job took only 1 day to complete. Material and work quality are some of the best available. The price was a bit high, but you do pay for what you get.

Bought windows in October 2020 and they said they would be installed by thanksgiving so I was able to save energy. What a joke they came installed 2 windows first month January 2021 they had 3 ppl measure my windows and they still got my 3rd window size wrong I called them to ask about my financing and they could not answer any questions and now they said the last window should be installed in late March 2021 sometime. Horrible. I have 13 more windows in my house but I do not t think I will be coming back for there services. Window installed in bedroom leaks air
