I didnâ t know the extent to how bad I was missing granules and the amount of lifting shingles I had. Very very informative and knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend these two.

Daquiri Wright came and did a thorough inspection of my siding, roof and windows. He helped me with updating my home and lowering my energy bill. He was informative, knowledgeable, and easy to work with! He broke everything down in a way that made sense to me. He clearly loves DaBella, and feels he is offering the best possible products. He made sure I knew that all of his products are American made and come with a lifetime warranty. I've needed to remodel for awhile, but I just kept pushing it off. I really dreaded even starting the process. Thanks to Daquiri coming out for a free inspection, the process has started and I am excited to see the end result! 10/10

Bree adn Chance are top; notch people. They know their product, arrived on time, were most pleasant and through. They offered options and were very well organized. They couldn't have done a better job and DaBella should be proud to have such fine employees.
DaBella's communication has been completely lacking to put it mildy. The roof and gutter crews are repetitively asked to tell us when they are coming as we have an outdoor dog. They have not told us 15 of the 18 times they have had to come out to the house. The roof was installed improperly and if we hadn't been detailed and observant many issues would have gone unnoticed. The broken siding and improperly installed flashing was still obvious to us and all our neighbors leaving our new roof lowering our curb appeal. We were promised improved communication and that we would "experience the DaBella difference" which is just higher price, higher promises and completely missing the mark? We also hired them for our windows and we like the windows but there were still several issues with the process. Due to everything with the roof and gutters - we will never recommend or return to DaBella for any of our home improvement needs.

Great follow up and professional group. They even gave us some ideas for other projects we ask about, but thear company did not handle. One of our sales people actually spent his time and found a company for us that did the kind of work we were looking for. Talk about above and beyond. Bella employees really exemplify the top of the line service oriented company. Really a rare quality these days.
First I would like to say that I can't really rate the quality of work because it hasn't started yet. I signed on May 21st 2018 and was given a "estimated" start date of June 1st 2018, it's July 10th and still no work has been started. The estimated end date for my project was 9 days ago. Also, I was told that my materials would be ordered promptly, but that didn't happen for more than two weeks. Now for their customer service, when I call in and actually get a live person and not a recording the receptionist is very professional. I have called the supposed project manager and either he doesn't answer or he answers and tells me he'll get back to me and never does. Value for money? I can only rate what I have experienced. I should have went with a different company.

As you know, we did have some delays regarding materials and we did not want to do you the disservice of cutting corners when the proper materials were not ready yet. Again we are very sorry for the delays but we are glad to be able to get your siding project completed properly.
