I was contacted by Elite Exterior Contractors in regard to a request for roof repair that I placed. I was contacted by Heather, and we discussed the details of the repair. She quoted me $375.00 which I replied was too high. She said that the shingles that were displaced would have to be replaced and insulated to ensure no leaks. I said that its just 5-6 shingles and they just need to be nailed down and put back in place. She said that they could offer a lower price but the shingles need to be replaced which lead to the cost. I said okay for $275.00. That afternoon, the workers arrived to do the repair. He looked at it and said that there was no need to replace the shingles "like I said". He did the repairs which took no longer than 15 minutes and required some nail nothing else. He finished work and claim in to Heather. Then put her on the phone. I said that no shingles were replaced so the price shouldn't be that high. She started to tell me that they were going to be on the hook for cost and $275.00 was really cheap. I paid work $275.00 cash. She said that I would receive a receipt ( I haven't). That I would have guarantees(I doubt). I feel like that work done was good. I feel like the price was way too high. I've used Homeadvisor several times and have never had this issue.

Quality work on my siding but not the chimney cap. Cleaned and put up gutter guards. Very easy company y to work with! They improperly flashed chimney and installed the chimney cap improperly, according to the roofer I hired. I reached out to Elite but got no response....had to have a roofing company come in and do the proper install....
