Heather and her crew worked hard to finished in time before the storm came. Her customer service skills is good and good communication. Pricing was average and on par with other vendors. I picked her because of CS skills and dedicated team.

This company work in a timely manner and their customer service skill was excellent however their carpenter skill are not that great so if their are facial board that needs to be repaired hire someone else.

Heather was terrific to work with!! She came out gave us an estimate and explained to us what all they would be doing, how long it would take to complete the job. Everything went just the way she said it would.. The crew worked professionally and the job was completed to our satisfaction...we would hire them again if we need them!!

Make sure you ask this company about the prices one for if you have one layer of shingles or two layers because the cost is more with two layers and i was not told that until they started working my roof then R & R tried to change the price from what they originally quoted. I was a little upset but they came back and quoted the original in the end. I know that is not how business is done. Thats why estimates are done in the beginning before a company is hired.

R&R Exteriors were quick and to the point. They answered all my questions and very very professional. They did everything in a timely manner and very neat.

Heather was prompt and courteous. She came out with the technician to give us an estimate and returned later to complete the job. They had tear down a section of the roof to fix a water leak, they cleaned up well and removed all the trash and nails.
