Found them to be pricey for service that took less than a hour and they didn't complete the work as I was told. I was told that after cleaning gutters and roof they would clean up all the debris. I had to clean it all up myself after they left. I was surprised by this considering their prior good reviews. Disappointed.

Service took full seven days for what could have been done in 1 day. Too few gutter guards were ordered to complete day 1, hurricane Michael stalled the company 6 days and I still have 50% roof/gutter debris around the house. Worst of all is lack of communication. I initiated every call to find out what was going on.

It was such a pleasure using Elite Exterior Contractors. We have a 10,000 sq ft building with gutters and many down spouts. No problem for Elite! The price was very affordable, they left no mess, were on time, and friendly. They were also insisted that they come as early as possible in the morning so that our patients would not encounter any leaves and pine straw being dropped to the ground. Can't wait to refer them to our friends and use their service again!
