I was in a bind! I called several contractors and tried home advisors! The chimney was two story high and 3 demesional! They arrived as promised and finish the job, including painting in one day! The advisor also took pictures where flashing was re-utilized and not installed efficiently enough to preclude future leaks! Hasan

They were great. Hired to install & paint Hardie siding on back of house and chimney chase. Wound up adding soffit & fascia work, replacing a downspout, slightly rerouting an above-ground French drain, installing 3 outdoor lights, and a deck demo. It was great to have a company that does all exterior work. Getting estimates for this job was a hassle because many companies didn’t want to do all the work I needed, so I was comparing several different bids, and some included materials & paint while others did not. Their bid was quite low compared to others, yet their work seems very good. Heather was great to work with, answered all my many questions and never made me feel like she was annoyed with them. The crew showed up on time and worked hard while they were there; even my neighbor commented they “worked like beavers all day” and each day’s progress was impressive. We were interrupted numerous times by bad weather but Heather always stayed in close touch and they were always on site as soon as the weather was ok. I will say that they install the Hardie Plank in a way that is “approved” but not “preferred” by the manufacturer. I wasn’t sure about that, but Heather had some reasons that sounded pretty logical, for using caulk instead of just flashing behind butt joints. I did go to some high-dollar new neighborhoods, and sure enough all their Hardie is caulked at the butts too. So I was comfortable with that method. There were some slight issues with some trim around the back door that wasn’t very good quality, so they came out and fixed it so the pieces don’t look so rough. They were nice about it and now it looks so much better. All in all, I’m very pleased with how this project turned out, and the cost was very reasonable. I plan to use them for more exterior jobs in the future.

They came earlier than expected and they came prepared, they were very informative about the job and informed me about other little things they saw regarding my house. They were prompt and did everything they promised to do and they finished and were out of here! They did a very good job cleaning up, I am very pleased with the service.

Elite Exterior Contractors were great! They listened to what I wanted, made some suggestions and saw my vision for the project. The work was meticulously done for a fare price. I’m very happy with the finished product.
