I do not understand, why I call them they said we are send some one to fix the problem and never show up and I have 10 years guarantee but they never fix the problem.

Mrs. Hill, I am sorry that we were not able to come out on a Sunday but we did respond to your call that Same Monday we came out to fix your chimney issues that we were not related to our roofing repair that was on your flat roof as a courtesy.
