The installers did a great job on putting in the flooring in the kitchen and bedroom. We have called them back for do one more bedroom and walk in closet.

We had two crews; one to install kitchen tile and another to install bedroom carpets. Both crews arrived on time, were professional, did excellent work and cleaned thoroughly before leaving. Both jobs were completed on time and to our complete satisfaction.

The crew took thetime to make sure everything thas dobe correctly. They worked as a team and did an excellent job getting everything back together before they left. They made sure thEy cleaned up the remnants and there was no mess left behind. I would definitely recommend to my frends

I think they did a great job, very professional, they were reluctant to move our furniture even though we packed up all the â stuff.â We also had issues with them letting the cats out of their secure location. Luckily, they did not get very far because we were home. Jake, the sales agent, was absolutely fantastic. The product is perfect. I would hire Flooring Direct again in a heartbeat.

The installers and the customer service is amazing. They took pride in their work. They moved furniture and put it back exactly as before the install all in one day! They worked late to finish. Communication with customer service was excellent. They wasted no time with scheduling and ordering our flooring once we signed the contract. We were kept informed through the entire process. There were no delays. We are crying happy tears!

The process was quick and easy. The communication was excellent. Our installation was scheduled as soon as the vinyl was received. The installers stayed late to finish the job in one day. They left our house immaculately clean. They took a lot of pride in their work. They were very polite.
