The salesman Michael Shubert was amazing. He was very thorough and helpful. The crew led by Javier Martinez was amazing as well. They were very professional, thorough and cleaned up after themselves every day. they carried off all old carpet and trash. I would highly recommend this crew and also Michael the salesperson. I give all 5 stars and would recommend to anyone.

Flooring Direct did a great job refinishing our hardwood floors. They actually were able to get in sooner than anticipated, completed the project in the estimated timeframe, answered any questions we had and kept me in the loop on the process. I will definitely use them again on any wood flooring project.

The whole experience was professional and they took such care at choosing the perfect floor. Once the floor was picked out, the crew that installed it were professional and incredibly nice. You could tell they took pride in their work. The asked me upstairs to see their work when they started it and you could just see the happiness on their faces when I told them I loved it. It was the perfect floor for my craft room and I have already recommended them to my friends. It couldnâ t have been a better experience.

Matt, the service rep, was professional. He explained the product and process very well. He presented a caring and personal touch with the presentation. Joe R. and his crew did an excellent job with moving and replacing our furniture and installing the flooring. He explained each step in the process before beginning the step. The team was careful and caring with our home.
