The company is great! They did a great job and their work comes with a warranty which is nice to have. They also installed new carpet for us 3 months ago. The only thing I caution is if personal items, bedding, unplugged devices or the contractor will not do the work even if it only takes 15 minutes to put up. Other than that I recomment this company.

And you are correct, we ask prior to install that all personal items be moved, electronics unplugged and bedding be removed from the bed so that our installers can get there, move the furniture and install your new flooring. We do not want our installers handling personal items due to the possibility of it being damaged or misplaced. This ais a safeguard not only for our customers, but our installers as well. The salesman, Brian, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He checked his stock to get me the best carpet and price. The installers came on time and did a great job. We love the new carpet and glad we chose them from the others.

I work from home and didn't want to take PTO for the floor installation. The guys were great about working around my router and associated equipment. Even when it was accidentally unplugged one guy did his best to help me figure out what needed to fixed in the maze of cords. The installation itself is beautiful and above and beyond my expectations. After they were installed I noticed a couple problem areas where the glue or some other substance marred a couple of the planks. They immediately scheduled to have a guy come out to fix it and have always been responsive to any of my questions or concerns. Flooring direct was the 2nd most affordable quote I received but I was willing to pay more because they had the best reputation and reviews. I made a wise choice
