We had to reschedule because the hardwood floor refinishing was said to be in great demand and a crew could not be secured for our scheduled task.

Good things - installers great guys and did a great job. Communicated well on plan and daily progress. The materials used are quality and I am very happy with the finished product. Bad things - not very good communication from the company. Slow to respond. Did not charge my cards, as I asked (this put me in a bad situation running by debit card twice, cleaning out my checking and savings accounts). Sold me a size baseboard they did not carry and sent over a smaller size without of telling me. Told me the job would take half the time it really did (2 -3 days but ended up being 5 long days). I just felt like once they had the sale, I did not really matter, I would just take whatever they dished out.
As we discussed with the computer glitch and your card, I am trying to get you some money back for the inconvenience. As far as timing went, I looked through all of our correspondence and noticed you had ordered additional work 3 days into the job, which meant a little extra time to get material and have it installed while installers were still there. Baseboards were fixed before your job was completed, and we have had constant email and text communication with you all through the install office, and my customer relations manager. Again, we apologize for the issue with the card, which we have resolved the glitch. However, with timing, there was nothing we could do once you added material in the middle of your ongoing project.
