The first team that put down the floors did not level it right so they had to send out another team to rip up the flooring that was just put down. All in they did get it fixed but was just a inconvenience for the amount of time to get it all done due to it having to be redone.

The team showed up on time and completed the project as promised. This is the 2nd time Iâ ve used Flooring Direct. I canâ t say enough about them other than when I decided to do the guest bedroom, I will call them !!
