Their work exceeded my expectations. My current flooring had to be repaired or coated to put in the new flooring. It ended up needing a special coating and not just a paper layer underneath the new flooring which was discovered as they removed old carpeting. Other contractors mentioned only paper layer needed. It would have ruined my new floor once used if this had not been done properly but they were prepared for any condition of the floor.

Good value and price. Good selection and easy scheduling. Install required repairs after 2 weeks of installation. Some minor issues with the replacement of furniture.

Flooring direct installers did not do a good job. Looks like the company engaged inexperienced subcontractors to do the work without proper supervision. They are trying to fix it and I am waiting. Will update you after they fix it.

Roy, I do know we are working on getting you taken care of, this does sometimes take time. Please be patient with us, we are doing our best! I also assure your installer is phenomenal and we have never had any issues with him in the past and he has been with us for over 2 years.
