We had a terrible, old asphalt driveway and broken up concreate walkway. Miron and Eminent Construction did a great job. They were able to meet out schedule needs for our holiday party. The price was good and I had some specific ideas I wanted the whole project to look like and they were able to match that exactly. Also, the installation crew was very experienced, worked well together, obviously knew how to handle the various problems with our property and did an excellent job. Thye meet our schedule, even working on Saturday to get the job done. It looks great and we couldn't be happier.

We are extremely happy with the driveway pavers installed by Eminent Construction. They completed this project on time and precisely as Mark had indicated when we signed the contract. This was a project that we had been contemplating for several years and are so happy that we found Eminent through Home Advisor.

Quite possibly the best contractor experience I have had to date (And I've had a few). Everything they said they would do, they did, and when the inevitable hiccups presented themselves (undelivered materials, not quite satisfactory finish work, etc), they made sure I was always kept in the loop, updated, and ultimately that the job was completed to our full satisfaction. As with any construction, it was important that I be clear at all stages, and keep an eye on things, but there's no denying this company was honest, skilled, and intent on delivering the best quality results.

Coming out of a whole house interior renovation, that had dominated my life for the better part of 18 months I was nervous tackling my large outdoor refurb front and back with a new contractor. But I was determined to finish it all! I had designed the layout myself and the whole project included large amounts of in place poured concrete walkways, a driveway, a poured concrete wall, a cable line fence, redwood fencing, custom gates, custom planters from brick and stucco and the center piece a redwood deck for a seating group and a fire place with poles to affix shade sails. Miron came to my house several times to discuss the project He came up with ideas to accommodate my budget, and even before a contract was signed or work promised brought along his expert wood and metal foreman to discuss my exact vision. We went through several iterations of the scope of work until I was comfortable with the work proposed. In comparison Eminent’s quote was very much middle of the road with other offers, but none of the other bidders put as much patience, detail and attention to my project in the preparation face. With everyone else it was “say yes already so that I can get you to sign”. Miron gave me all the time I needed to be comfortable in trusting him. When work began Eminent came through on every single thing and then some! Workers were on time, polite and hard working. Miron checked in almost every day with me and on occasion more than once if the situation required it. Even though small details changed throughout the building phase no word of any surcharges for such changes. I was not nickled and dimed and that was reassuring and refreshing! Everyone was most focused on finalizing my vision! The project finished in the give time frame of 25-30 work days with some days to spare in the end. The crews were always willing to put in extra hours to move the project along. Every sub contractor was top notch, the most stand out job was however the wood and metal work. Pascal is a true artist and every time I look at my fence for which I know he spent endless hours to pick every single piece of wood and stained it without a drip, I know I have chosen the right contractor. I have neighbors from all ends of my area stop by and ask for Eminent’s contact details as they have found my property’s curb appeal so stunning. There is no greater compliment to Eminent and their hard work- Thank you so much!

I worked with Miron. He was very professional as well as his crew. They communicated each step of the process, did what and when they said they would. I will use them for future projects and I do highly recommend them.

We worked with Mark on our project. He had his crew demolish and install a large concrete pad in our backyard and combine two driveways in the front of the house and install pavers. He was professional and easy to deal with. His crew was skilled and hard working. In all Mark gave us a price that I considered reasonable. He did the job on time and within budget. It looks great and I would strongly recommend him.
