Prompt and efficient work

They installed interlocking pavers for our patio in our backyard. The quality of work was/is still great. We had a little hiccup in communication when discussing dimensions of planters around the trees. Long story short they made one of them slightly smaller than what we agreed upon. It was a little annoying back then, but now it's totally fine. Mark gave us a discount for it. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them to anybody!

Great work, done quickly and efficiently, and for a reasonable price. Mark communicates well and makes sure he understands what you want. There was a minor miscommunication about one aspect of the work but it was remedied well. Would recommend them.

Miron was very helpful and explained everything. His crew was fast and efficient. I liked that they cleaned up after they finished. They did a great job. Will use them again.

Price was fair but that s about it. I started out fine on the day of work for a 2-day job. Concrete drive and walkway and small pad in the backyard. The contract stated that rebar would be raised on piers to be in the middle of concrete but ended up being just laid on the dirt. Expansion joints not done well. Now there are small chips coming out on edges here and there. Should have made wider expansion joints. It was supposed to take 2 days. Felt like they were rushing to do it in one day. Some stakes broke our sprinkler lines on n the walkway so the had to cut out a piece of concrete to replace them and repour that section. I hope it holds up. The cleanup was not good. Cement all over our gates and garage door. Over pour on edges of older concrete. I think they do more pavers than concrete work. Miron was our contact and responded to our calls but was not concerned about the rebar issue. Said it will be fine. But it is not what the contract stated and it is not done right. Have a few weeks to file for arbitration, seriously considering that. If the concrete starts lifting up, what kind of warranty do I have? None I would say. I hired them for reviews and prices. Perhaps you will have better luck. I will update this if I can later. Thank you UPDATE** Updating my previous review. While I still am concerned about things in the previous review, the owner Mark called and talked to me about my concerns. The concrete was 3000 psi and the rebar was up a little off the ground so we are hopeful all will be ok. Our sprinklers work fine and Mark brought a mason to fix some planters we had that had some broken or missing bricks at no charge. That was much appreciated. So far everything is holding up and Mark assured me that if the concrete does crack and move that we could discuss that in the future. He was genuinely concerned and I was happy about that.

Eminent Construction did an excellent job with removing the old brick work planters and pouring/laying new concrete in our 238 square foot front patio. It really opened up the available space that our family will enjoy for many years to come. I would highly recommend them for any concrete work as they were very professional, quick to complete the job, and especially fair on the price.

They got the work done quickly and it looks great.
