Write a ReviewThank you, Miron! Miron is professional, courteous, honest - did an amazing job at an amazing price and in an amazingly short time. Miron and his crew were efficient beyond - came on time, very respectful of neighbors and my property, worked hard and cleaned up well when left. Miron promised me and over-delivered! The pavers look gorgeous - have had compliments from a couple of neighbors too. I can't recommend him enough! Thanks Miron and Eminent Construction - heartfelt and gratitude!
Miron was very straightforward and fair in explaining the process, special considerations, and pricing. His project manager Phil and foreman Danny were punctual and polite and the work area is clean. I am really happy with our new cement pad, it's beautiful!
I got an estimate from several companies to replace our old concreate driveway. When Mark came to give us the estimate for the work, unlike others who were trying to up-sale, he actually took the time to explain the process and difference between pavers and concrete and explained about different brands and let us choose what we want it. The work started promptly and completed on time as promised. The workers were professional, clean and friendly. One thing that really impressed me and shows the true craftsmanship of Mark and his company, is that even though it was not part of his estimate he changed all the sprinkler pipes that ran under the Driveway and alongside of the driveway (where it was not even close to where he was working on) without even charging me for it. I thought they broke the pipe and they are just replacing it, after inspecting the old pipes I noticed they were just old. He could have just left it or ask for more money to replace an old pipe but he didn’t. That to me shows honesty and someone who takes pride in their work and outcome. I am planning to heir them for more work and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a honest contractor.
Very punctual Honest and hard working group Very friendly crew Start to finish the work was done perfect

We originally planned to have Eminent do 1100 ft2 of interlocking paves to replace our old cracked concrete driveway as part of the extensive house renovation project we had in mind back in August. Found them via Home Advisor and Mark called us within a couple of minutes after we placed the inquiry. Pavers is their expertise and they are in fact out of competition in this field - nobody can beat their quality and price. And, trust me, we did our due diligence researching and shopping around:-). However, realizing they actually do General Construction as well, after some discussion and negotiation, we decided to hire Eminent to do the entire house reno. Turned out to be one of the best decisions ever. By November we had a fully renovated 2035 ft2 house - inside and out. They did everything - new flooring (hardwood and travertine), new hardwood staircase, two brand new bathrooms, all new doors, exterior and interior painting Including backyard structures), quite a bit of remodeling and woodwork, new fabulous driveway, new stone fireplace, veneer stones on the facade of the house, and much more. No homeowner can wish for anything more than Max, our project manager, did for us - diligent, fast, responsible, at times he had up to 3 crews working on site simultaneously, perfectly coordinated. Yes, there were issues discovered, we did some changes and adjustments along the way - it can't go too smoothly if you are gutting and restoring a 40 years old house. To be honest, having had some previous experience with home renovations and general contractors, we did manage our expectations in the beginning - it's no secret how these projects can turn into nightmare with no light at the end of the tunnel. Well, not this time. We had our old 1975 no-particular-style house turned into a beautiful countryside cottage with the best curb appeal in the neighborhood:-) Just a tip: be vocal about what it is that you want, don't assume - your contractor isn't a mind-reader, be specific about what you are looking for and Eminent will make it happen.
Hire this company only if you are prepared to supervise the work closely. I had to stop work several times because they were doing things contrary to the agreed to work plans. Quality control was poor. Rather than 3.5" thick concrete slabs, I would have ended up with thickness of less than 2" in places if I had not brought this to their attention before they poured concrete.
This project was a very simple concrete pour. Eminent performed myriad of such pours on a weekly basis and the crew consists of supervisor and labor with years of experience. The client was constantly at the site commenting and attempting to give instructions to the crew while they were working, without having any experience or knowledge in the trade and despite the fact that there was always an experienced supervisor directing the crew. As to the client's claim that he had to stop work: The work progressed as agreed upon in the contract and was never stopped by neither Eminent nor the client. The work was finalized on the completion date specified on the executed contract, without any delays. As to the client's claim that concrete slabs would've ended up 2" thick. Eminent routinely performs inspections with the client of the work progress for client's approval to continue the work. One of those inspection is done before the cement is being poured. The client performed this inspection with Eminent's project manager and approved the pouring of cement at 3.5"- 4" inch thinness, as agreed upon at the time of the contract execution and as ultimately performed by Eminent. We are sorry the client feels he had a bad experience hiring Eminent to work on his project but at the same time we are content that the client is pleased with the final result.
Miron and his crew were always pleasant and professional. The work was excellent and the clean up was done.
