I have a lot of experience with contracting work and also have my own crew. When I made a decision to hire Mark from Eminent to replace my 3,500 sq. ft. driveway I did my homework. Eminent passed all my prerequisites. Mark brought out samples, company reps, and even advised me, (the expert), on how to achieve the best driveway and result. I absolutely love the work that Miron and Eminent Construction performed. My walkway to my porch and the porch itself was made of paving stones which were very poorly put together. Tree roots were buckling the walkway, and the paving stones on my porch was very uneven, making the whole system a tripping hazard. Miron offered me a really good deal by just reusing the existing paving stones, and reconstructing the walkway and porch from scratch. Not only did Miron’s crew do an exceptional job at a very affordable price, but they were able to complete it quickly, and even got rid of the roots that were trapped underneath the paving stones. The reconstructed walkway and porch are all even, well-constructed, and certainly much more aesthetically pleasing. I could not be any more satisfied with Miron and Eminent Construction.

Overall we were very happy with Eminent Construction. We had them completely redo our scary front yard on a hillside which included grading and hauling a ton of dirt, adding block and retaining walls, pouring a patio, and laying terracotta and ceramic tiles on the patio and steps. All of the work was done exactly how we intended. Miron was available for us at all times and the crew was all friendly and courteous. They were very responsive to getting things exactly how we wanted. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any concrete / block-wall work!

Eminent Costruction installed a new patio consisting of concrete pavers, built a bench foundation, installed stone work, installed a new fence and ran gas/low voltage electrical. The end product looks fantastic! the whole project took about 2 months to complete, but the majority of the work was done in about 3 weeks. Miron was able to find a concrete countertop and bench seat contractor that was great as well. I would not recommend the fence contractor but i made Miron aware of that. unfortunately he didn't give us the quality of work we were hoping for. Both Miron and Phil were fantastic and responsive. We are overall pleased and would definitely recommend Eminent and use them again. The project started great, with demolition happening within a day. the team moved quickly cutting off sprinkler lines and pouring sub grade gravel, sand and then pavers. What unfortunately was missed, the crew should have capped the line right from the house, and just run two new lines to the flowerbed. instead, they left the existing plumbing and attempted to cap every head. Well, a couple were missed and at one point the pvc was broken in a distant location. when the sprinker system was turned on AFTER the pavers were installed, water came up in 3 places. Miron was great in getting the team back out to fix. i felt bad for the entire crew, as it took a couple of attempts to resolve. Additionally, there was a situation where a number of pavers were stained with white stucco runoff, and even though we bought high end Belgard pavers, after several attempts, we could not remove the stain. Both Miron and Phil were great with finding a replacement solution. What i might suggest as constructive criticism here would be that an english speaking foreman or salesman be at the job site at the beginning or end of EVERY day on the job, so that accurate observations of progress and potential issues can be addressed. The entire sprinkler issue could have been avoided if someone would have just turned on the system, before the pavers were installed. The stone work was amazing. Miron and Phil found a team of stone workers who were able to install natural stone veneers and did a great job. He also found us a company to build and install a custom concrete counter top and bench seats. unfortunately, when the company came to first install, they had measured and poured wrong, so they had to completely redo and install just in time for Thanksgiving day festivities! But they made it! The fence work was not as great as the rest of the work, but willing to live with it as we were on a mounting deadline. We had our BBQ island shell outsourced by BBQs Galore and then Eminent did the finish work. All in all, after a few weeks of waiting for the stone to cure, Phil finished by sealing all the pavers, stone and countertops. We're very happy with the job and our new backyard! We were able to enjoy the holidays!

Actually, Eminent installed pavers in a large section of my back yard. Max Nottingham was great! He was helpful from the planning stage to execution. This company started and completed the work a in a professional and very timely manner. I could not be happier with the outcome!

We are very happy to have Eminent built our sidewalk. Before Eminent started the work we were in a mess, as the previous contractor broke our cement and ran away. Mark from Eminent Know right away what to do. He quickly applied and received two permit to continue the work, A permit for concrete work and a forestry permit. He worked very closely with the city inspector. He kept us posted daily about the progress of the work. he finished the work within the time frame he said he would. he kept the surrounding clean and built for us a new sidewalk which matches the other sidewalks along the street. To sum up he had very good experience with Eminent and super happy from our new sidewalk.
