Write a ReviewWe had several bids for our front yard courtyard, many of these bids were totally ridiculous they based their bid on our home value and not the job! We felt disheartened and questioned the honesty of these other contractors. Mark's bid was not the lowest but he was able to encompass all the facets of the job. We felt extremely comfortable with his professionalism and came to love his work ethic. Mark was involved with our project from beginning to end. He was responsive to any questions or concerns we had along the way. Mark responded to all our emails and phone calls quickly and was a pleasure to work with. It was a challenging job due to weather. The work started January 2nd, and just finished today. The rain was relentless. Mark watched the weather channel diligently and had his workers at our home early and they worked late, when they were able due to rain. His crew was very hard working and were true craftsmen. They genuinely cared about doing the job right, after the days work they left everything neat and tidy - all tools were put away. Mark interfaced in all areas of the job, he instructed the contractors laying the pavers, doing the electrical and constructing our fence as if the work was being done at his home. We LOVE how our courtyard turned out and will highly recommend Mark to all our friends. Thank you again Mark!!!!
We chose Eminent to remove our existing patio and install pavers after soliciting estimates from seven contractors. Eminent was selected on the completeness of their proposal (including items that would in all likelihood need to be added after contract signing), having a dedicated workforce, experience, and cost. The work was performed on cost and on schedule and the finished product is magnificent and exceeds all our expectations. Mark, Phil plus Juan and his crew were very easy to work with and consulted with us when decisions were needed. Special mention and thanks for Mark who delivered samples of our selected paver pattern before the start of the work, resulting in us changing our color selection, a very good decision as it turned out. Eminent Construction is very highly recommended.
This driveway is for 15 townhomes. Mark and his team did an excellent job. Mark is an outstanding contractor. Very easy to work with. Detailed and thorough. He knew city process, helped with the letter to owners regarding city parking and trash collection, and walked us through the entire process. Mark answered all my questions promptly and I had many. Project was completed on schedule. Had at least 6 bids with a wide range of variations. His bid was the best for quality of construction, cost and needs. Mark met up to the challenges of working with both the HOA management and Board of Directors. I recommend him highly and would use him for my house.
Excellent. Mark is a superb contractor and so easy to work with. He is on schedule, thorough, and a delightful man. I recommend him highly
When I bought my house, there was a driveway opening in the sidewalk which was in the wrong place. Because of the way the fence was constructed, this made it very difficult to get in and out of the driveway. I wanted a company that could not only replace the concrete and gravel driveway with pavers, but also correct the sidewalk situation, so that the curb apron was closed in the right area and the driveway opening was in front of the actual driveway entrance. Most companies I contacted would do one or the other, but not both. Paver companies would not do the sidewalk work, and concrete contractors couldn't do the the pavers. I had Eminent construction put pavers in my back yard 2 years before (and along the side of the house), and they did a great job, so I called them. Miron was able to come out quickly to give me an estimate, and worked with my work schedule. I gathered several other estimates, but most companies wanted far more than my budget would allow, or they wouldn't do the work because the driveway was too small. The bigger paver companies don't want to deal with you unless your driveway is a large enough size, which mine was not. I was glad Miron didn't balk at doing a smaller (but somewhat complicated) job. Miron's guys are top notch. They show up early, and they work super hard. The first day they demo'd everything, and the second day they worked their butts off for maybe 12 or 13 hours. They do really great work with the pavers, and it's clear that they know their stuff. On the last day, they did the sidewalk work, and the driveway and sidewalk apron look beautiful. They even put a little swirl design in the concrete of the driveway entrance which looks fantastic. It looks better than the ones done by the city on either side. I was so impressed by it, I stayed up most of the night guarding it from any kids who might want to carve something into it. I'm glad to say it was successfully defended, and looks great. There was one small bush/tree that I was hoping to save by moving it, but that didn't get done. However, it was definitely in the way, and may not have come out of the ground intact because of where it was planted. Not a big deal. The guys are normally pretty good with special instructions - they built me a bocce court in the backyard despite never having done it before, and it's great. Just like two years ago, Eminent Construction did a fantastic job. My paver driveway looks fantastic. I've never had a paver driveway before, and it is pretty phenomenal compared to concrete. It matches the pavers on the side and the back, and my house's curb appeal is 1000% better.
I hired Eminent construction to pour some new concrete for me. My initial contact was with them employee that seems not to be there anymore. However when I called them back to move forward on my project Mark called me back in a timely manner. He was also able to come out on a Saturday to meet with my wife and myself. We went over everything I wanted to do and agreed on a price. Not only was Mark, but the crew he used to do the job were very professional. They came in as scheduled got the job done on time and left without a trace of them being there other than my new concrete.
Very knowledgeable, reliable, great workers and project management. Miron is excellent.
Keep work site clean
After receiving this review Eminent confirmed with the job supervisor and all labor that the job site was left clean after completion of work. Thereafter, we called the client to verify and understand the nature of her complaint. We talked to the client?s husband who again confirmed that the site was left clean and Eminent is longer needed there. If there is still any concern on your part, please give us a call and will work with you to resolve any issue you might have.
