Mark and his crew are very professional They know what to do and how to do it efficiently. They solved a tricky grading issue and our deck drainage is greatly improved. They took out a large area of concrete with a pebblestone overlay and installed pavers in a beautiful design. They also re-did another large area of flagstone. They pulled it up and relaid the stones on a new sand base using the flagstone that we had. It had been broken and uneven before. I highly recommend Eminent Construction! They had replaced our black top driveway a few years ago and it is flat out gorgeous! I wouldn't hire anyone else! Mark is a dream to work with.

We have a Spanish house and a back patio that badly needed to be redone. I spoke to a lot of different companies about re-doing our patio. Miron came in, accurately assessed that we did not want pavers, we wanted tile and came in with the lowest bid. I also liked him personally. He said it would take 7-10 days. Then Omar and his brother Ivan showed-up. They're excellent craftsman who work quietly, quickly and with exacting precision. They finished the patio in six days. It looks fantastic. We now have the patio this house deserves. The whole experience was smooth, professional and surprisingly not a disruption. I would definitely hire them again.

Miron from Eminent construction was very responsive. He was on time for the estimate site visit. He was on time sending the actual estimate. His estimate was very reasonable and our replaced concrete walkway was done smoothly in one day. The crew was professional and clean up well after themselves.
