Reviews
Write a ReviewThese people are extremely professional. The owner is very accessible and wants you to be happy. The came on time and did a good job. My only criticism is that they could have cleaned up a little better.
I had my entire backyard redone with pavers and artificial turf. The owner Mark was very responsive to all our questions along the way. He showed up regularly to check on the progress. His team was great and they worked hard. They showed up when expected which made the project go smoothly and quickly. I totally recommend Eminent Construction.
Mark and Team were great to work with. Some vee at liable recommendations but also an attitude to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Thx folks!
Quality work.
Very good communication, full crew of workers to complete the job same day. Good understanding of what was needed done from quote to work done. I would definitely use again if I had a project.
"The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early. Final project turned out great!"
I can't even put into words what a good job they did, 2 days and they completely transformed my house into something beautiful. The neighbors even came over to say how impressed they were with the work that was done, one neighbor has been in construction 25 years and never seen any group work so fast and beautifully.
I had the most pleasant experience working with Mark and his crew repaving my patio with interlocking pavers in a bony fish pattern. Great job! Mark is a hands on boss; was available and responded to questions and concerns about the project. He was also great in suggesting what would be best for the project instead of what I thought would work. Mark and his site manager are great men to work with. Makes the $$$ spent worth spending. I give Eminent Construction a 5 Star rating. Great boss and crew.
Concrete finishing was not done well. Cement is rough and no broom finish in certain areas. Preparation for pour was rushed and not adequate causing splatter all over my stucco, rock work, and block walls some of which cannot be repaired.
This project was a 2,000 sq. ft. concrete patio installation with a broom finish. Despite our best efforts to achieve uniform texture, it is possible for concrete to have variations due to unpredicted conditions, such as weather and/or rapid temperature changes. Most of the 2,000 sq. ft. driveway resulted in a uniform texture all over. The area that resulted with some variations was a small portion of the entire project. As to the splatter, concrete work can be messy at times as it involves a lot of heavy equipment. We repaired all splatter areas by pressure washing the block wall and repainting the stucco. There was absolutely no *non-repairable* damage left at the project.
Good quality job, worth the price
