Empire floors did the best project out of several we hired th S summer. Good communication between salesman, office, installers, and customer. They did what they promised, on schedule, for a fair price. Quality of materials is very good. Workmanship varies. Wood floors by Manuel are very nice - all completed in one day, a very nice surprise. Molding should have been angled at joints, but otherwise good. Tile floor in bathroom was a bit sloppy (by a different installer).

The process was easy, the cost felt fair. I paid for moulding installation, but the installers showed up without any, and I had to get refunded and live with my current moulding until I want to move everything in my house again.

I'm very happy with the result, and the installers were great, but we had several confusing issues with their scheduling system that had me on the phone with customer service far more than I would prefer. They get the job done well, but it might take more effort on your part.
