I called them to review the work that had been done and they never responded. And after checking their work I realized that they charged double for the work.

Dave came out to my place to estimate the job. The repair work was not too big, but there were no complaints about it. (The other contractor, who called me back, did not want this job because of its size) His crew arrived on time and was very professional. The work was done on time and everything was clean after the work was done. This company gives 2-year warranty for the work they perform.

He really knows the "roof"! I hired 3 roof repaire men during the last 3 years but I never got it really fixed....it got better but it still leaked. Now came the Mr. Landeros. He took an one look at my roof and knew exactly what's wrong and what needs to be done. Haven't had any issues since he fixed it.

They were very good at first. But we had a follow up leak which they did not fix and then stopped returning calls.

I don't know who this Karen is. I don't think I've done work for her. Could be somebody else because I do return all phone calls and we do go back out and take care of whatever problem there is.

Excellent on all dimensions! The project was to part of an overall-project to improve my home's energy efficiency, including improving attic ventilation and insulation. David Landeros' crew installed soffit vents, ridge vents, and 3 O'Hagin vents. David also coordinated with the insulation company, making access openings in the roof so they could remove and replace the old insulation. Crew chief Benjamin came back to close the openings afterward. David's goal is complete customer satisfaction and he and his crew delivered on that. The crew were not only hard-working and competent, they were a pleasure to have around for the two and half days it took to complete all the work. Honest, great to work with.
