    Landeros Quality Roofing Service fixed a leak in our roof. I called more than 8 roofing companies and the majority didn’t even respond to the phone message. This is not the case with Dave Landeros, the owner. He was punctual and came the time he said he will come to look at it. From the 1st assessment, he told me what was wrong and what it will take to fix it. His price was reasonable considering the size of the project and the location of the leak, almost 30 feet up. I agreed, and he came to fix it on the day and hour he said he will come. He didn’t only fix the problem, but he checked the entire roof and took care of problems with the roof beside the leak which he came to fix without adding to the cost. I found Dave, reliable and know the roofing business and I will use his service again if needed and will recommend him to friends. Thank you Dave for your work.

    David was prompt to respond to our request to locate and repair the source of water leaking in a bedroom window. He assured us he knew the source of where the water was coming from. After 3 rainstorms the leak was still there. Upon further inspection of his repair, we located the source ourselves and discovered caulking and stuff all over the roofing shingles that looked "Oh So Tacky" and didn't fix the problem. Ultimately we hired another professional to complete the job.

    David was prompt in responding and provided an honest estimate of the minimum work required to meet our requirements. It was a small job and his team completed the work the next day. They could have cleaned up better (some debris left on the roof and the ground) but the work appears to be of good quality.

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
    7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
